Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. He also serves as the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne has also a passion for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces as well as a co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
