Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is a well-known American actor. After her debut on film with 1983's Bad Boys she became known as one of the Brat Pack group of actors. She also appeared on the screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). For her performance of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. Ally Sheedy was born in America and she is both an actress and an writer. Her career in film began in the the early 1980s, when she appeared as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film where other actors were equally prominent, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. The film's first big success was the catalyst for her to be a part of The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. John Hughes' film, directed by him, is one of the most acclaimed high-school movies in history. Although the film's budget was only $1 million it made more than $50 million in profits. When she was working on this the first time on TV, her television debut came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. This show aimed at teenagers which began in April of 1980. She also appeared on other television shows like Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. Her most recent appearances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story about a female superhero where she has a cameo. Her incredible performances have earned her numerous awards including an MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
